jEDiCA Administrative Solutions Inc. is a virtually based, one-woman enterprise that was first established in early 2020 out of my ambition to provide outstanding virtual administrative assistance and social media management to entrepreneurs and small businesses. I’m Jess.
I’ve spent over 13 years working in administrative roles in traditional office environments where I benefitted from gaining experience in a number of different industries, and have since dedicated over a year to providing dependable and high-quality, virtual assistance. Throughout my career, I’ve developed invaluable skills and knowledge that can be applied to an extensive variety of roles, projects and tasks, in an array of industries. Now, with jEDiCA, I aspire to focus on supporting businesses and other entrepreneurs that are passionate about making a positive impact on their communities through the specialized services they provide, or unique products they have to offer.
Aside from my technical skills and administrative expertise, I’m personable, easy to work with, enthusiastic, and some people even find me funny*. Most importantly, I’m committed to providing stellar support – I stand behind my work, believe in the importance of clear communication and embrace any opportunity to flex my creativity and employ my eye for design.
